About me
Native in Spanish. Native in English.
I'm a native Spanish speaker and have lived for more than twenty years between South Africa and the United Kingdom. I'm also a qualified English teacher, so I know from the inside how a new language is learned, and exactly where English speakers get stuck in Spanish.
Before teaching, I worked in real estate and international footwear export, dealing every day with people from other countries in both languages.
I teach the Spanish people actually speak, not the Spanish in the textbook.

Prices for online Spanish conversation lessons
No enrolment fee, no commitment and no materials to buy.
Pay by PayPal, with a card or your PayPal account. Bizum is also available if you have a Spanish bank account. The lesson is confirmed once payment arrives.

From booking to your first conversation

Intro call
Twenty minutes by video. You tell me why you're learning Spanish and what you'd like to be able to do, and we see how comfortable you are speaking.

Book your lesson
Choose a day and time in the calendar. Times are shown in your own time zone.

Confirm with payment
You receive an email with the amount and how to pay by PayPal or Bizum. The slot is held for 24 hours, and once payment arrives you get the link to the lesson.
FAQ
What people ask before starting
I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?
Yes. We speak from the first lesson, with English support whenever you need it, so you're never lost.
Do you prepare the DELE or SIELE exams?
No. These are conversation lessons, focused on speaking and understanding real Spanish. If you need an official exam, a specialised exam course will suit you better.
Are the lessons in Spanish or in English?
In as much Spanish as you can handle. When something needs explaining, I explain it in English.
Which time zone are the lessons in?
The calendar automatically shows the available times in your local time zone.
How do I pay?
By PayPal, with a card or your PayPal account. If you have a Spanish bank account you can also use Bizum. The intro call is free.
Are there monthly packages?
Yes. You can book a full month of lessons for a better price than paying one by one. Message me on WhatsApp and I'll send you the options.
What if I can't make it?
You can cancel or change the time from the link in your booking email, at least 24 hours in advance.
What do I need for the lesson?
An internet connection, headphones and a place where you can speak out loud.
